How much does an LPA cost?

Making an LPA with us costs £120 per LPA. So, for one person making two LPAs, this costs £240. For a couple making two LPAs each, this costs £480.

You will also pay a Court fee to the Office of the Public Guardian for each LPA you make. This is currently £82 per LPA. You can also apply for a discount on the Court fees if you are in receipt of certain benefits, or if your income is below a certain amount. You can check if you are eligible for a discount when you start the process of making an LPA with us.
